BCI Training

A 5-day BCI classroom based training programme
to cover the basics of BCM knowledge has been developed to underpin
the certification programme.

Based on the BCM lifecycle this course covers the six BCM
principles as outlined in the Good Practice Guidelines 2010.
 This is an entry level training course and  is widely regarded as facilitative to the
BCI Certificate examination both revision and
test questions are included in the training material.
Delegates without prior BCM knowledge
 and experience  should not expect to attend  this training course
and pass the examination without additional study.

CBCI Certification

The BCI Certificate was launched in 2007.
Those who are successful in the examination
 are entitled to use the post nominal designation of CBCI
Certified by the Business Continuity Institute.

CBCI is a globally recognized stand-alone credential
permitting those holding the credential to apply
 for qualified professional membership of the Institute
should they also be able to demonstrate
sufficient practical experience
 as a Business Continuity Practitioner
